Our Requirements Are:

Land, with or without planning permission.

Smaller Plots on or near A and B roads (Circa 1/4 Acre)

Brownfield/Farmland 1 - 5 Acre
Land For Sustainable Housing:

Preferably this will be large enough for a minimum of 50 homes.

This can be with or without planning.

We work very closely with Bright/Ideas Development Consultancy based in Middlesbrough.

Between us we can walk you through the process from a plot of land, to a housing development to be proud of.
Smaller Plots:

Ideally on busy routes, A and B roads.

This is to develop a network of service stations for the ever growing number of electrical Cars on our roads.

A quarter of an acre is ideal, but we will consider larger plots.
THE TOPICS COVERED ABOVE CAN BE CARRIED OUT ON A JOINT VENTURE BASIS IF REQUIRED !
Brownfield and Farmland:

We are looking for land from 1 - 5 acres.

This is to use as storage for electricity to support the national grid network, by storing power and feeding back to the grid when required.

The land MUST be freehold, and the landowner ONLY can authorise the enquiry for suitability.

This is a very simple process to enquire if your land qualifies and no disruption or cost to you.

The process is government backed, and is leased for a period of 25 years.

This gives the landowner the opportunity to receive an income from land that is currently earing nothing!
